I rescued Jeremy about two months ago, together with his sister and
her five kittens.
Jeremy tested postive for FelV and had to be separated from his sister
- whom he was living with in a boiler room.
They are both about 1 to 1 1/2 year old.
If Penelope could find a loving foster home, Jeremy had to be moved
many times and the rescue organization I am working with seems to be
completly overwhelmed and unable to find a foster place for him.
Right now he stays with a family in Yonkers, but they somehow thougth
he would turn into a tamed cat within days and are ready to drop him
at the CACC if we can not find him a new home.
I only rescued him because the head of the group told me they would
care for him.
Now I feel terrible. He is a social cat who never left his sister. He
needs to be tamed by someone knowledgeable and who will have the
patience it takes to let him trust one.
What are the options for him.
Does anybody have some suggestions ?
Thank you for him.
